Boris leads our strategic services, including strategic planning, content strategy, CX, market access, and medical communications. He joined in 2014 to help build its strategic capabilities, establish the agency’s East Coast operation and lead the NYC office. Previously, he spent more than a decade at Ogilvy CommonHealth, leveraging hands-on technology and leadership experience in healthcare startups providing services to Fortune 500 companies. Boris is a PM360 Innovator of the Year and one of PharmaVOICE magazine’s Top 100 Most Inspiring People in Life Sciences. With a broad international background, he is fluent in three languages (four, if you count multichannel marketing, which we do).

Mary Anderson

SVP, Managing Director and Head of MedComm

Mary leads medical communication affiliate for both global and U.S.-based business. She is a healthcare professional with deep expertise in both promotional medical education and medical affairs-focused scientific communications. Mary has led medical communications divisions for several companies, including a 13-year stint at Ogilvy Health. Most recently, she led the medical education efforts at Haymarket Media US. She has built initiatives to support disease states, including dermatology, oncology, neurology, psychiatry, immunology, metabolic disease and rare diseases. Early in her career, she was recognized as a Rising Star by the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA). Later, she was named among the PharmaVoice 100. Mary is an alumna of New York University with a degree in journalism and economics. Her evenings and weekends are spent playing home chef (not baker), gardener and amateur tennis player.

Francis Namouk

SVP, Global Strategic Development

Francis leads global business development at EVERSANA INTOUCH MedComm. He is a serial entrepreneur whose passion is to improve patient outcomes by focusing on creative scientific storytelling and immersive educational experiences. He has over 20 years of digital expertise within the life science and consumer health sectors. After completing an MFA in design and technology at Parsons School of Design, he spent five years working at Everyday Health in New York City. He moved to London in 2009 and co-founded Streaming Well, a global video production agency focused on the healthcare sector, and, in 2020, SWM, a creative motion lab and consultancy focused on virtual and hybrid experiences, content development and medical education. In 2021, Healthware Group acquired SWM, and he led its MedComms efforts, delivering modern medical communications and education for the contemporary clinician using an omnichannel, customer-centric approach.

Francis is an avid tennis player and football (soccer) fan. He is also a drummer and dabbles with the guitar. He is of Turkish and Jamaican heritage, and was born in England and raised in France and the United States. He speaks fluent English and French and is a member of the Ottoman dynasty, where he is also known as Mahmud Namık Osmanoğlu.

Jane has more than 18 years of pharmaceutical and medical communications experience, as well as experience in the financial services and telecommunications industries. She delivers high-quality, customized, medical communications programs that integrate medical science, creativity, learning principles, and behavioral change principles. Jane is passionate about providing innovative and engaging educational experiences to healthcare professionals with the goal of improving patients’ lives. She earned a BA in psychology from Princeton University and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Jane has worked across many therapeutic areas including immunology, rheumatology, dermatology, oncology, addiction, vaccines, respiratory, infectious disease, gastroenterology, pain, epilepsy, and sleep disorders. She is an active member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association mentor program. Jane loves sports and played soccer from grammar school through Division 1 – including as captain her senior year at Princeton – and wishes her golf game was much better!

SVP, Managing Director, Head of Medical

Joe brings a foundation of clinical experience and strategic leadership, working across all stages of the brand lifecycle in medical communications for more than a decade. After earning his MD from Case Western Reserve University, he held academic appointments instructing both medical and nursing students. He has extensive experience across multiple therapeutic categories in medical affairs, medical education, and advertising, with an emphasis on developing scientific stories rooted in compelling strategy. He is recognized as a collaborative expert, working closely with a diverse team of scientific, creative, and strategy professionals to shape the greatest work for patients and HCPs. On a more personal note, Joe is the proud owner of one of the largest MLB bobblehead collections on the North Shore of Long Island.
