Her experience covers a vast spectrum of therapeutic areas, leading brands in CNS, oncology, immunology, virology, and vaccines, while also championing work in respiratory, women’s and men’s health, rare disease, OTC, and even animal health.

She is fueled by her passion for improving customer experiences and increasing brand loyalty by infusing the authentic consumer voice at every touch point. She has a hunger for knowledge and the determination to turn information into action. Her strategic background provides her with a unique ability to dissect advanced-level strategy into achievable steps. Her dedication to clients has allowed her to quickly build trust. Her deep understanding of client cultures and processes has led to successful long-term relationships. She focuses on delivering measurable business results to her clients, including helping them examine drivers and barriers to create relevant and actionable strategies that ultimately lead to a competitive advantage.

Don is a highly accomplished, award-winning creative director with more than 20 years of experience as a storyteller, leader, and mentor. He inspires his teams to create memorable omnichannel brand stories that resonate deeply. Throughout his career, Don has developed lasting relationships with clients big and small. His creative vision embraces the power of “no challenge too big to cure,” and his passion is simple: to make a creative difference every day. Don has worked on many global brands and product launches in numerous therapeutic categories. His healthcare work has been honored with medical industry awards from the One Show, Rx Club, PM 360, IAC Awards, Creativity, Manny Awards, MM+M, London International Awards, and the Creative Floor. When Don isn’t creating, you can find him playing outside, pursuing his second-degree black belt in Taekwondo, coaching youth sports, or hiking and skiing with his family.

Nick brings 20+ years of experience in strategic brand building and stewardship in pharma to the team. The more complex the disease state or treatment, the better – he excels at taking on challenges, like uncovering the motivations for treatment decisions and helping connect patients to the right information to drive those decisions. Nick loves coaching and guiding teams to help clients bring life-changing medications to those who need them. His work on numerous industry launches has resulted in multiple award-winning campaigns. Nick has led strategic brand planning on global and US fronts for several oncology products and launched one of the first approved gene and CAR-T therapies. If he looks excited whenever snow starts to fall, it’s because Nick is a winter sports fanatic, from hockey to skiing to snowmobiling.

VANITHA SANKARAN
SVP, Medical
Vanitha brings more than 20 years of experience in medical communications and medical strategy. She is passionate about bringing medical science and storytelling together. She has a PhD in Biomedical Engineering and an MFA in Creative Writing, which enables her to approach medical strategy from a unique angle. She has also had a breadth of different experiences in medical communications and healthcare marketing; in addition to her agency experience, she has served in roles such as client-side med affairs, medical strategy in small and large pharma, and even non- profit work in the public health space. She thrives on making connections between the science of a disease and real-world impact it has on patients and their care teams.
Over the years, Vanitha has led successful product launches in a variety of spaces, including hematology/oncology, neurology, immunology, dermatology, and rare diseases. She also has years of experience in pediatric diseases, EGIDs, and the biotech space. When she’s not at work, she’s usually writing creatively and is a published novelist.
