Sean has more than 30 years of experience in marketing, with 18 years in pharmaceutical healthcare advertising and marketing, delivering brand-driving strategies for clients of all sizes with products at all lifecycle stages. He has experience in therapeutic categories including allergy, anti-infectives, cardiovascular, CNS, dermatology, diagnostics, endocrine disorders, mental and psychological disorders, oncology, pain management, pulmonary diseases, rheumatology, transplantation, urology, and women’s health. He has deep AOR launch experience leading the development of brand positioning, brand identity, lexicon, and brand campaigns. He also has years of DAOR experience leading teams to pull brand strategies through to integrated, data-driven, and customer-centric omnichannel plans that drive brand performance for consumer and professional audiences. Sean is an avid mystery novel reader and collector and is penning his first mystery.

Beth Lodge

Beth has worked in pharmaceutical marketing for more than 24 years. Her experience includes an array of categories, from oncology to cardiology to HIV. She has successfully launched nearly 20 brands over the course of her career. Beth spent many years in client service before moving into project management, and that combination of disciplines gives her a unique and powerful perspective. Now, as a project manager through and through, she gets excited about managing our clients’ work while ensuring they get the most out of their budgets. But, she says, the best part of her job is supporting her team and seeing them succeed. Beth is a passionate traveler who loves being outdoors. Recent memorable trips include climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro and taking a solo road trip through New Zealand.

Don is a highly accomplished, award-winning creative director with more than 20 years of experience as a storyteller, leader, and mentor. He inspires his teams to create memorable omnichannel brand stories that resonate deeply. Throughout his career, Don has developed lasting relationships with clients big and small. His creative vision embraces the power of “no challenge too big to cure,” and his passion is simple: to make a creative difference every day. Don has worked on many global brands and product launches in numerous therapeutic categories. His healthcare work has been honored with medical industry awards from the One Show, Rx Club, PM 360, IAC Awards, Creativity, Manny Awards, MM+M, London International Awards, and the Creative Floor. When Don isn’t creating, you can find him playing outside, pursuing his second-degree black belt in Taekwondo, coaching youth sports, or hiking and skiing with his family.

Nick Rambke

SVP, Client Services

Nick brings 20+ years of experience in strategic brand building and stewardship in pharma to the team. The more complex the disease state or treatment, the better – he excels at taking on challenges, like uncovering the motivations for treatment decisions and helping connect patients to the right information to drive those decisions. Nick loves coaching and guiding teams to help clients bring life-changing medications to those who need them. His work on numerous industry launches has resulted in multiple award-winning campaigns. Nick has led strategic brand planning on global and US fronts for several oncology products and launched one of the first approved gene and CAR-T therapies. If he looks excited whenever snow starts to fall, it’s because Nick is a winter sports fanatic, from hockey to skiing to snowmobiling.
