SVP, Account Services Managing Director
After close to 25 years, Mark has worked in nearly every category of pharma advertising. His client history ranges from more than a dozen of the largest pharma companies to several small bio-tech startups, and from blockbuster brands to the launch of three new classes of drugs. Mark gravitates toward rare disease brands that provide relief to the underserved as well as those that foster deep connection to those in need. His foray into advertising came early in life – Mark was featured in a Pop Rocks commercial at age seven. And he’s still show biz adjacent today. Ask him how he knows all five of the original New Jersey Housewives.
SVP, Managing Director, Strategic Planning
Pamela is a strategic leader with deep global roots. She lived in Tokyo for 10 years and is fluent in Japanese. She has worked in 19 countries, making an impact in all major healthcare markets. Pamela is passionate about understanding the real, lived experiences of the people we serve and brings a patient-centric, insights-driven, inclusive approach to global healthcare marketing. Pamela has been named a top “Change Agent” by PharmaVoice and a L.E.A.D. Award recipient from the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association. She is passionate about increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion in our industry and in our world. When not working in healthcare, you might find Pamela enjoying yoga, roaming the globe with her family, scuba diving, or out on a hike.
SVP, Executive Creative Director
Elizabeth has a BA in communication arts with a minor in art history and biological sciences. Earlier in her career, her entrepreneurial spirit led her to co-found a digitally focused boutique agency which she and her two partners sold to WPP after a decade of success and growth. Elizabeth’s work has been recognized by Communication Arts, the American Advertising Association, Manny’s Trailblazer Awards, and the Greatest Creators Showcase. She and her Intouch team have won numerous awards across nearly every category: video, social media, launch, outdoor environmental, website, and point of care. Inspired by her mother who worked for the US Foreign Service and spent many years overseas, Elizabeth caught the travel bug early on and has visited destinations from Alaska to Cambodia to North Africa. For a different kind of trip down memory lane, ask her about the time she played the role of Molly in a stage production of “Annie.”
SVP, Project Management Office
Jon has nearly 20 years of experience in pharma, restaurant, and retail advertising and project management. Over the years, he has managed a wide variety of programs, projects, and project teams for clients. In addition, Jon has led many initiatives for Intouch, spearheading several process enhancements and organizational changes to streamline operating procedures and improve delivery. As a proud member of our PMO for almost a decade, he has played a leadership role in that department’s rapid expansion from 20 to 200 team members. Jon takes pride in his solutions-first approach to meeting our clients’ needs through the use of marketing and technology. His accolades include being awarded vendor/partner of the year for leading a team responsible for full campaign and software implementation efforts for a major retail client and winning a coveted internal Intouch Hackey Award for his role in leading PMO efforts for Intouch’s largest client. When not working, Jon enjoys spending time with his family, boating, and watching all KC-area sports teams WIN.

Barry has more than 25 years of marketing, advertising, and consulting experience spanning more than 100 brands and several continents. He started his career as a copywriter and eventually became an award-winning, VP-level creative director. Ten years ago, he made the leap to client services to lead a multi-agency, joint-venture launch in the EU5. Since then, he has remained a client services leader for several of the top US pharma ad agencies, consistently evangelizing a mission to harmonize strategy, medical, and creative. Barry has extensive experience with HCP, consumer, and managed-care targets, as well as global and US launches for everything from ultra-rare to blockbuster treatments. He has a proven track record of developing integrated brand communications that achieve impact and drive business. His therapeutic experience includes neurology, immunology, oncology, cardiology, and ophthalmology. Barry has an MBA from Indiana University and a BA from Columbia College Chicago. Barry and his family are avid travelers and perhaps the only people living in Columbus, Ohio who don’t follow Ohio State football.
