Faruk began his first business at age nine and went on to create MSWatch.com – the first and largest online community for people living with multiple sclerosis – before founding Intouch in 1999. Today, he leads thousands of employees around the globe with a focus on bold innovation in a people-first environment. He is equally passionate about sports and shoes (whether the shoes are sporty or not).
EVP, Media & Innovation
A proven social media thought leader focused on unique solutions impacting healthcare, Justin solves problems through sustainable and economically viable innovations. Before joining Intouch, he was instrumental in creating the social capability for Digitas Health New York and was the founder of global agency Hypertonic. Justin is a trained gourmet chef, having studied at the French Culinary Institute.
As an award-winning marketer and experienced business leader, Seth is a valued partner for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients who expect disruptive solutions that deliver proven results. He brings nearly 30 years of client and agency experience in developing best-in-class campaigns and leading teams throughout a product’s life cycle, as well as extensive US and global product marketing and launch expertise. As a die-hard Mets fan, Seth is eternally optimistic for another World Series championship in his lifetime.
Boris Kushkuley, PhD
President, Commercial & Consulting Services
Boris leads our strategic services, including strategic planning, content strategy, CX, market access, and medical communications. He joined Intouch in 2014 to help build its strategic capabilities, establish our East Coast operation and lead the NYC office. Previously, he spent more than a decade at Ogilvy CommonHealth, leveraging hands-on technology and leadership experience in healthcare startups providing services to Fortune 500 companies. Boris is a PM360 Innovator of the Year and one of PharmaVOICE magazine’s Top 100 Most Inspiring People in Life Sciences. With a broad international background, he is fluent in three languages (four, if you count multichannel marketing, which we do).
Chief Creative Officer
Susan brings nearly 20 years of experience driving award-winning creative for major US and global brands. Susan earned a BA in diplomacy and world affairs and has been named one of PharmaVOICE magazine’s Top 100 Most Inspiring People in Life Sciences. Her philosophy is simple and effective: Be hard on the work. Be good to the people. Susan’s go-to karaoke song is “I Love Rock ’n Roll” by Joan Jett.

Angela is responsible for our US-based business portfolios and best-in-class client service department. She has a proven track record of building integrated teams, pushing for novel approaches, and “stopping at nothing to deliver great work.” With over 20 years of marketing experience in the healthcare vertical, Angela has led our industry and our clients through many firsts. She has also opened four of Intouch’s six US locations. Angela has been recognized by our industry as a Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association Luminary, a PM360 Elite 100, Elite Mentor, and Trailblazer. She keeps us on our toes while relying on her ballerina background to balance challenges and lead with grace.
President, EVERSANA INTOUCH B2D & Chief Technical Officer, EVERSANA
Having previously led his own software development firm for a decade, David is a tech guru who proves daily how to succeed in business. He also spent a decade developing solutions for Hoechst Marion Russell (formerly Marion Merrell Dow/Marion Laboratories), and his honors include being named an MM+M Innovation Catalyst, a PM360’s Tech-Know Geeks, and membership on the Forbes Technology Council. In his free time, you can find David slapping the bass while singing in a heavy metal band.

After 25 years in this industry, Wendy has led everything from hospital PR efforts to account management in Silicon Valley, developing multiple award-winning campaigns along the way. She has served on the Clio Health Awards jury and is one of Kansas City Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business, one of PharmaVOICE magazine’s Top 100 Most Inspiring People in Life Sciences, and a member of MM+M’s “Hall of Femme.” Wendy once spent a summer serving hundreds of traditional Irish breakfasts to tourists but is now more likely to be found hanging out with sloths in Costa Rica.
Chief Financial Officer
With over 20 years’ tech and ad agency experience, including multimillion-dollar negotiations, Chris defines excellence under pressure. His past roles include CFO/COO positions at tech and ad agencies including CTI, AGC/ATG, and VML (now VMLY&R). Chris facilitated negotiations that led to the sale of VML to WPP PLC and was most recently honored as Kansas City Business Journal’s CFO of the Year. His fearlessness isn’t limited to financial situations. He’s also been known to partake in daring activities like bungee jumping.
Leveraging his expertise in strategy and solutions development for top markets around the world, Aaron applies a marketing and sales lens while helping ensure things are kept simple yet impactful. He spent a decade at Novo Nordisk and five years at ConvaTec (Bristol Myers Squibb) as well as founding Franklin Digital LLC, a digital marketing firm. Aaron played his first and last game of kayak polo after falling into frigid waters in Denmark and losing his wedding ring. He survived what felt like hypothermia as well as explaining to his wife how he lost his original wedding ring at work.

Kristi ensures that we are set up for continual growth and success by recruiting, retaining, developing, and rewarding the best available talent on our award-winning teams. Her group’s work is a big part of the reason we regularly appear on “best place to work” lists. Kristi has never been afraid to speak up – she hosted her own radio show at age nine.

Brady boasts 25+ years of experience in helping healthcare clients make decisions that have impact on their business and the customers they serve. He spent nearly a decade leading strategic marketing and development initiatives at AstraZeneca and held executive positions at MEplusYOU (formerly imc2) and IOMEDIA. As EVERSANA INTOUCH continues to expand globally, Brady is charged with leading growth strategies across affiliates for the US, EU, APAC, and LATAM. When Brady’s not juggling new business, he’s doing his best to keep up with his twins.
