Masterclass Streaming: Mindfulness & Meditation with Jon Kabat-Zinn
One of the highlights of our mental health awareness initiative was the Masterclass Streaming series on Mindfulness & Meditation, led by Jon Kabat-Zinn. This enlightening and inspiring series provided our team members with valuable insights and practical techniques to incorporate meditation, self-reflection, and positive energy into their daily lives.
Tea & Mindfulness Workshop in Collaboration with Unboxed Experience
To provide our team members with a unique opportunity, we collaborated with Unboxed Experience to host a Tea-Time and Mindfulness Workshop. Led by an experienced host, this live virtual event allowed participants to embark on a tasting journey of teas from around the world while engaging in meditation and mindfulness exercises. It was an opportunity to indulge in the soothing properties of tea and learn techniques to enhance mindfulness.
Gua Sha Self-Care Workshop
In the comfort of their own homes, team members had the chance to participate in a Gua Sha Self-Care Workshop. Each team member received a facial stone and cleansing oil and were guided through a relaxing experience that promoted self-care and rejuvenation. This workshop aimed to provide a sense of tranquility and prioritize well-being.
May 2023 Step Challenge
Recognizing the positive impact of physical activity on mental health, the May 2023 Step Challenge began on May 8. As the weather improved, team members were encouraged to stay active and track their steps using their preferred fitness gadgets. Screenshots featuring the number of steps taken were then submitted. Exciting prizes awaited those who participated and achieved their goals.
Morning and Midday Meditations
To incorporate mindfulness into our team members’ daily routines, we offered morning meditations to start the day on a calm and focused note. Additionally, midday meditations were incorporated every Monday throughout May, providing individuals with an opportunity to recharge during the workweek.
