October at EVERSANA INTOUCH was a celebration of our core values—Grow Talent, Always Innovate and Client Delight as Community Days brought teams together in the office. With colleagues returning to the office, these events have been more important than ever for fostering authentic connection, sharing knowledge and celebrating our unique culture.
A Boo-tiful Office Makeover
During the month, our offices were transformed with festive, spooky decorations. Teams collaborated to bring autumn coziness and Halloween spirit to our workspaces. From creative desk displays to collaborative communal area makeovers, the “boo-tiful” results made the office feel warm and welcoming for everyone returning.
Sweet Surprise: Candy Connections in NYC
Our NYC office got a delightful surprise when leadership made the rounds with a colorful assortment of candy in tow. Team members were invited to pick their favorite treat, sparking smiles, nostalgic conversations and a few friendly debates over the best candy of all time.
It was a simple gesture, but one that brought a burst of joy to the workday and reminded us how small moments can make a big impact. Whether you’re Team Chocolate or Team Sour Gummies, one thing’s for sure—sweet connections like these are what make our office culture so special.
Hands-on Training: AI Tools for Everyone
October was a month of major AI skill-building, with nearly 900 participants across our hands-on Gemini Enterprise and Copilot trainings! The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and we are energized by the excitement from participants to apply their new skills to streamline daily tasks and deliver even greater value to clients.
Weekly Community Days also featured interactive sessions with Google Cloud experts, highlighting new use cases and practical applications for AI in our daily work. We also saw the return of Agent Idol, the adaptation of AgentSpace, a deep dive on NotebookLM and a new Smarter Partner Series with Adobe. These sessions are part of our ongoing commitment to “Always Innovate” and make advanced AI tools accessible to all.
