Since joining Intouch as vice president in 2018, Hackl has played a critical role in the company’s operations — streamlining processes, identifying efficiencies, and ensuring that a client-centric approach remains at the forefront. Hackl has successfully introduced the business transformation practice throughout the network, engaging a cross-functional group of leaders to execute high-priority changes for the organization.
Intouch’s revenues have grown 37% over the past three years. “Intouch never sits still, so we need a strong leader to ensure our organization and operations continue to scale with our rapid growth,” said Faruk Capan, CEO, Intouch Group. “Paula has done an excellent job of implementing this program for the agency, and we are lucky to have her on our leadership team.”
