As a life science marketing executive with 25+ years of expertise from both the client and services side of the industry, Denise brings extensive experience deploying commercial strategies spanning the full product life cycle, from early phase III to loss of exclusivity, for both broad therapeutic categories and specialized rare/ultra-rare conditions. Leveraging her diverse expertise and know-how from the inside out, she helps life science clients anticipate and strategically adapt to the ever-changing healthcare landscape. Denise partners with the world’s leading life science companies to strategically reach patients, providers, and payers to enhance the patient experience and improve outcomes. Outside of work Denise can typically be found cheering on one of her three children at a basketball, lacrosse, or water polo game.

Taegan specializes in mentoring and developing talent through design leadership and thrives on delivering amazing creative. Taegan has worked across industries and sectors, helping modernize and transform brands and experiences to elevate the human experience. She’s not shy of the stage and loves to present on topics that range from creative motivation to new research methodologies. Taegan’s side hustle is teaching yoga and loves nothing more than jet-setting to foreign locations around the globe in her free time.

For the past 20 years, Jeff has helped clients execute impactful, award-winning campaigns built on an understanding of the audience’s journey and healthcare experiences. His expert understanding of how to promote brands across channels, sites of care, and audiences has made Jeff one of the most valuable assets for biopharmaceutical clients. He grew up in Syracuse and is a lifelong Syracuse University fan, leading his children to decide their dad’s favorite color must be orange. (They’re not wrong.)
Marissa is a seasoned medical marketing executive with 15+ years of experience delighting clients and nurturing teams in the healthcare industry. Whether crafting brand identities, building customized web portals, or planning resident wet labs, Marissa deploys a seamless process, strategic output, and measurably successful results. Through her keen insights and sincere approach, Marissa builds cohesive and collaborative teams that thrive at exceeding client expectations and delivering award-winning work. In her free time, she can be found project managing schedules for her three children, Nolen, Colton and Siena.
Managing Director, Digital
Bill brings more than 17 years of experience in digital strategy, production, and measurement, including social media, interactive marketing, content strategy, search engine optimization, digital media, and CRM. Bill’s work directly influences the various stages of product marketing, from clinical trial recruitment through product launch. He holds a BA from Middlebury College where he struck fear into opposing quarterbacks as an outstanding defensive tackle on the football team.
CRAIG ORNSTEIN, PHD
Managing Director, Medical
Craig oversees the team of medical directors who have clinical, academic, research, and agency experience that spans a range of therapeutic areas. Prior to his career in healthcare communications, he worked as a clinical neuropsychologist within the Department of Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Neuropsychology at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine (AECOM) Montefiore Medical Center. Craig earned a PhD in clinical health psychology from AECOM and completed specialty training in Clinical Neuropsychology and Behavioral Medicine. He enjoys playing tennis and seeing his favorite players each year at the US Open, where he once proudly caught a post-match autographed ball.
RICHARD STEFANACCI, DO, MGH, MBA, AGSF, CMD
Chief Medical Officer
Richard has been published more than 500 times in addition to delivering over 1,000 lectures focused on improving health outcomes. He founded the Go4theGoal Foundation when his oldest son was diagnosed with Ewing’s sarcoma. Since its inception, the foundation has raised several million dollars to assist hundreds of children affected by cancer at nearly 100 children’s hospitals across the country, while also funding cutting-edge research to find a cure. Richard holds a DO and an MS in Geriatric Healthcare from the A.T. Still University of Health Sciences, as well as an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. A member of the Medicare Part D regulatory team, he likes to say he was responsible for the good parts of Part D, while apologizing for its challenges.
