I began with EVERSANA INTOUCH Engage in a freelance capacity, and then came on full-time for two years.
I left briefly, because I was presented an opportunity by senior executives to launch a global platform that could influence the agency world. It sounded too good to be true, and I wanted to be a part of it.
Unfortunately, it really was too good to be true!
And I missed the people here. I missed the collaborative work environment and the culture. This company truly cares about their employees. You feel welcome, and empowered, and you can tell you’re in an environment that fosters growth.
In my opinion, several things differentiate EVERSANA INTOUCH Engage from other workplaces. The leadership team is open, transparent, and available. The company’s cultural beliefs fit mine. I feel respected and valued, not like a cog in a wheel. And the people here truly care about each other.
I know I’m back where I belong.
