Empowering Women and Celebrating Women’s History Month

March is a month of empowerment, reflection, and celebration as we recognize Women’s History Month. It’s a time to honor the remarkable achievements, resilience, and contributions of women throughout history.

During the month we hosted a variety of activities led by women including the popular “Coffee Break Speaker Series: Women’s History Month” edition featuring discussions facilitated by Joanna Derma, SVP, Head of Client Service and PMO, EVERSANA INTOUCH®, and Kate Joy, Senior Partner, EVERSANA® MANAGEMENT CONSULTING.

“I loved sharing my experiences during the Women’s History Month edition of the Coffee Break Series and enjoyed hearing Kate’s experiences as well! We’ve had vastly different career paths, but at the end of the day, we share very familiar values including a passion for mentoring as well as learning from other women.”

The Coffee Break Series provided a platform for dialogue on important topics related to women’s empowerment, leadership, and personal development. Those who attended left inspired by the stories and insights shared, promoting a sense of community and support within the organization.

Additionally, two MasterClass streaming opportunities were offered during the month. The first featured former Fortune 500 CEO Rosalind Brewer, who’s transformed companies like Walmart, Starbucks, and Walgreens. In this MasterClass, she taught attendees how they can make an impact at any level.

The second MasterClass, “Think Like a Boss, Live Like a Legend,” led by Martha Stewart, gave viewers a glimpse into a day spent with the first woman self-made billionaire. Martha divulged her secrets for staying relevant and sustaining success as well as diving deeper into her life lessons. Both sessions provided invaluable lessons on making an impact at any organizational level and served as powerful reminders of the limitless potential of female leadership.

Our colleagues across EVERSANA also had the opportunity to attend the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association’s International Women’s Day Conference where they learned the importance of work-life balance boundaries, how to advocate for oneself and others, and to be empowered to be the change they want to see.

As we reflect on this important month, EVERSANA and EVERSANA INTOUCH are committed to championing the advancement of women in both the workplace and beyond. By fostering a culture of inclusivity, empowerment, and support, we continue to pave the way for a more equitable and prosperous future for all.

We celebrate women every day at EVERSANA INTOUCH through the work we do to impact women’s healthcare. Check out our latest blog “Can Marketing Save Women’s Healthcare?”
