In celebration of Pride Month, we sat down with one of our agency team members, Rob McBride, Senior Account Manager, to talk about what Pride Month means to him, how he’s felt supported at EVERSANA INTOUCH and how our culture continues to evolve.
What does Pride Month mean to you personally?
Pride means so much to me. It’s about awareness—we’re not going away, we’re here to stay, and our differences are something to celebrate. Too many people are shamed for who they are. It’s vital that our voices are heard and that we show our Pride louder than ever.
Can you share a moment during Pride Month that made you feel especially seen or supported?
Creating a Pride mural with my partner was an incredibly special experience. As a video producer, he was eager to channel his creativity into something that represented and celebrated our community. We collaborated on the project and the response from friends, family and even people online was overwhelming. It was a powerful reminder of how impactful Pride can be.
How would you describe the culture of inclusion and diversity at EVERSANA INTOUCH?
I genuinely feel included, and it’s clear that the organization values diversity across its teams. From my perspective and experience, EVERSANA INTOUCH’s commitment to diversity and inclusion is both authentic and impactful.
What are some ways the agency ensures LGBTQIA+ voices are heard and valued year-round?
One moment that stood out to me was when the mural was completed, my coworker Morgan Hartzell immediately stepped up to help amplify it, sharing the video and spreading the word. That kind of genuine support and allyship means the world to me.
How do you think EVERSANA INTOUCH’s DE&I efforts influence the work we do for clients?
For our clients, it’s so important to reflect diversity in our ads and marketing materials. The agency has been a supportive partner in helping our clients realize their inclusive visions, and that makes a real difference in the life sciences industry and the patients we serve.
