Amidst a year of industry shifts and market challenges, 2023 has also been a year of opportunity, growth and togetherness to persist and celebrate successes. To reflect and celebrate all of the milestones, our U.S.-based offices came together at the end of the fourth quarter for winter gatherings.
Each office put its spin on these festive events which included photo booths, seasonal snacks, treats, and drinks, a painting class, some nostalgic arcade fun, and many laughs and smiles.
Some of our colleagues even met up in their local cities including Denver, Detroit, St. Louis, and Tampa, proving that even when not near one of our offices, building relationships in person with EVERSANA INTOUCHers is possible and valuable to us all.
Virtual winter gatherings were also hosted for our remote employees. They had the opportunity to participate in a Winter Cocktail Class or a Candy Cane Twist Sugar Cookie Experience. Additionally, one of the most anticipated virtual events of the year, our 4th Annual Gingerbread Building Competition was held. Competitors raced against the clock to assemble their architectural creations, competing for prizes and much-deserved recognition.
We feel fortunate for opportunities to connect with one another away from the desk. During a special and reflective season, we hope all our team members feel valued and appreciated for their diligent work and dedication to EVERSANA INTOUCH and the clients we serve.
