Reading Between the Rankings: What the List Tells Us
This year’s MM+M Top 100 list paints a clear picture of an industry in flux:
- The top three agencies held their ground and even grew — a promising sign that growth is possible, even amid AI-related revenue headwinds.
- The #5–#10 range, where EVERSANA INTOUCH sits, saw the most fluctuation. Only one agency in this group posted modest growth (Inizio Medical at 3%).
- Most notably, nearly every agency in the top 20 saw a decline in headcount-to-revenue ratio — even those that grew. EVERSANA INTOUCH was one of only three agencies to remain relatively consistent.
These trends validate the strategy to streamline and maintain operational discipline that’s becoming an industry standard.
