This past month in the agency has been all about connection, celebration and closing out the year on a high note. Across offices and virtually, our Après-Ski Lodge-themed happy hours transformed workspaces into festive retreats filled with laughter, camaraderie and holiday cheer.
In-Office Festivities
From Boston to Chicago, Saratoga Springs to Kansas City, colleagues embraced the winter lodge vibe with cozy sweaters, scarves and even retro ski suits. Each location buzzed with energy as teams captured memories in photo booths, won raffle prizes, crafted the perfect cup of cocoa and indulged in sweet treats at “The Après Sweets Shack”.
Boston even turned up the fun with karaoke sessions that had everyone singing along!
Virtual Ski Lodge
For our remote team members, the celebration was just as lively. The virtual lodge featured intense trivia battles, holiday recipe swaps and live music with a band that took song requests. It was a wonderful way to bring together colleagues from across the country and EMBRACE DIVERSITY, proving that on this team, distance doesn’t dampen our spirit of connection.
Leadership Gratitude
In the spirit of COMMUNICATION MATTERS, our leadership team took the opportunity to share heartfelt messages of appreciation during these gatherings, recognizing team members for the resilience, creativity and collaboration that defined 2025.
