For the second straight year and the fourth time since 2017, we’re thrilled to share that EVERSANA INTOUCH has been named an adoption-friendly workplace by the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption.
We ranked #5 in the Advertising, Marketing, and Public Relations “Best by Industry” category for 2022 and were also recognized among the Adoption Advocates and Foster Care Benefits listings.
This is a big deal for our agency but most importantly for our employees to know that if they are interested in adoption, we’ve got their back with resources and other perks.
More than 25 years ago, Dave Thomas, founder of Wendy’s® and the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, led an initiative advocating for better adoption benefits in the workplace. The Foundation has carried that legacy forward through its signature Adoption-Friendly Workplace program and 100 Best Adoption-Friendly Workplaces list, which is in its 16th year. Here’s a story from last year of an employee who has taken the program to heart.
