At EVERSANA INTOUCH, our culture is defined not only by the work we do, but by how we show up for each other and for the communities around us. During our recent charity give back event, colleagues across offices joined forces to support children and families facing challenging circumstances.
Team members rolled up their sleeves to assemble donations, create personalized care packages, decorate duffle bags, and write heartfelt notes of encouragement for organizations making a difference in their local communities. The event demonstrated the power of collective action and highlighted what is possible when people come together around a shared purpose.
WINNING TOGETHER: Supporting Families and Children When They Need It Most
Across our offices, employees partnered with two organizations dedicated to providing comfort, care, and support to children and families. While each location supported a different cause, every participant contributed to a larger mission of WINNING TOGETHER to spread hope, comfort, and care.
Ronald McDonald House Charities
In New York and Kansas City, team members assembled snack and caregiver kits for families staying at local Ronald McDonald Houses while their children receive critical medical treatment. Filled with nourishing snacks, essential items, and comforting touches, these care packages help provide support during an incredibly difficult time for families.

Foster Love
In Chicago, team members decorated and assembled “Sweet Cases” for youth entering foster care through Foster Love. Each duffle bag was filled with hygiene products, cozy blankets, and personal care essentials.
“It was so lovely to take a break from working at my desk to join our Give Back Day. I loved being able to get creative decorating a duffle bag while knowing it might bring a smile to a kid’s face on a tough day. Getting to connect with others in the office during the event made it even better!”

For many children entering foster care, belongings are often transported in trash bags during transitions. Foster Love’s Sweet Cases program helps replace that experience with something more dignified and personal, ensuring every child has a bag of their own.
TAKE ACTION: Turning Purpose into Impact
During this Community Day, employees TOOK ACTION to transform their desire to help into tangible support for children and families navigating difficult journeys.
What made this Charity Give Back event especially meaningful was that each organization held a personal connection to members of our team. Both charities were nominated by employees, ensuring the event reflected causes that resonate deeply with the people who make up our Agency.
