This past month, EVERSANA INTOUCH was represented in Milan by Francesca Filippucci, People Director, and Rosy Palladino, Director, Compliance, at a landmark conference hosted by Allianz Bank Financial Advisors and the Winning Women Institute. The event, held at the Auditorium of Torre Allianz, brought together leaders from across business, finance, and academia to explore how gender equality, inclusive culture, and digital innovation are shaping the future of organizations.
A key moment of the event was the formal recognition of organizations that have achieved the Italian Gender Equality Certification, a national acknowledgment of organizations putting meaningful policies and practices into action. During the ceremony, Winning Women Institute awarded EVERSANA and 13 other companies the certification for their commitment to more inclusive and equitable workplaces, representing our commitment to EMBRACE DIVERSITY.
“This achievement belongs to every colleague who contributes—every day—to building a more inclusive, equitable, and respectful workplace.”
– Francesca Filippucci, People Director
Introduced as part of Italy’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan, the certification evaluates how organizations translate gender equity principles into everyday business practices. The assessment is based on a framework that measures both qualitative and quantitative progress across the following six key areas:
- Culture and strategy (commitment to gender equality)
- Governance (leadership accountability and policies)
- HR processes (recruitment, career development, performance management)
- Opportunities for growth and inclusion of women in leadership roles
- Pay equity (closing the gender pay gap)
- Work-life balance policies (e.g., parental leave, flexible work)

This milestone is the result of how our HR and Compliance teams were able to TAKE ACTION, working alongside the Winning Women Institute, to formally document, assess, and strengthen long-standing policies and best practices that support gender equity in the workplace. For our team in Italy, this first‑time certification came with an exceptionally high score, a standout result that reflects the depth and maturity of the work behind it.
From recruitment and career development to leadership accountability and flexible work policies, the process provided a structured roadmap to reinforce what we already value and ALWAYS INNOVATE, identifying opportunities to go even further.
Beyond recognition, the certification reinforces something we believe deeply at EVERSANA INTOUCH: equity is a shared responsibility. Gender equality is not a standalone initiative or a single moment of achievement, but an ongoing commitment that shows up in how we lead, how we support one another, and how we WIN TOGETHER.
