At EVERSANA INTOUCH, we celebrate the passions that make our people shine—both inside and outside the office. For Weston Thomas, Account Supervisor, that passion is theatre, and it is helping shape the future of the performing arts in Kansas City.
“I’ve always been a people person and performer,” Weston shares. “During my time at EVERSANA INTOUCH, I’ve been lucky enough to embrace both.”
Over the past three years, Weston has deepened his involvement with Kansas City’s Starlight Theatre. What started as being cast in a dream show—Starlight’s 2023 production of Legally Blonde—has grown into something even more meaningful. This summer, Weston was back on stage at Starlight in School of Rock, but his impact now extends far beyond the spotlight.
In 2025, Weston was chosen as an “All Star” ambassador for Starlight’s annual Starry Night fundraiser. Selected from a pool of hundreds of local leaders, Weston helped raise funds for the Bob Rohlf Internship Program, which provides paid summer internships across departments like marketing, social media and creative. “It’s a win-win,” Weston says. “I get to support one of my favorite places in Kansas City while helping fund opportunities for the next generation of arts advocates.”
Bringing the Stage to the Office
Weston sees a clear connection between his work at EVERSANA INTOUCH and his work in the arts. “At the heart of it, both are about improving lives,” he explains.
“Whether I’m helping a client launch a life-changing therapy or helping a student land their first creative internship, I want to bring joy and support to those around me.”
“In Account Services, I am constantly communicating with clients. I try to bring a fun, relaxed, human-first approach to every interaction,” Weston says. “Clients love hearing about my shows—some have even tried to plan travel around them!”
Beyond the charisma, Weston credits theatre with instilling discipline and teamwork.
“You must show up prepared, be kind, do your homework, and be a great ambassador for the team. Those are the same values I bring to my role at the agency every day.”
