Last week’s Community Day arrived with an extra spark of imagination as it coincided perfectly with International LEGO Day. Across all six U.S. EVERSANA INTOUCH offices, teammates gathered around tables of brightly colored bricks, ready to build something meaningful: a LEGO creation that represented a dream, intention or goal for 2026.
The challenge invited everyone to tap into their creativity, step away from the day‑to‑day, and reconnect with the simple joy of building something with their hands. In true EVERSANA fashion, the activity quickly became more than a fun break — it became a moment of shared inspiration, discovery and community.
“EVERSANA culture truly embodies teamwork and learning, helping people grow.”

Building Momentum for the New Year
January naturally inspires reflection and big ideas. Rather than just writing down resolutions, teammates were encouraged to build them. At EVERSANA INTOUCH, we know how to embody ALWAYS INNOVATE – more than 30 creations were submitted. From abstract sculptures to literal depictions of personal or professional milestones, each build captured a unique perspective on growth and ambition for the year ahead.
“This was a super-fun activity that brought me back to my childhood days, connecting me at the same time with future goals and dreams.”
Ian Williams, VP, Creative Director
As pictures of these creations popped up across office chats, the energy was contagious. Teammates were WINNING TOGETHER by cheering one another on, sharing stories behind their designs and having thoughtful conversations about the aspirations guiding them into 2026. The simple act of sharing these builds helped strengthen connections across teams and offices.

A Culture That Thrives on Curiosity, Creativity and Collaboration
The LEGO Challenge reminded us that innovation doesn’t only happen in brainstorms or boardrooms — it often begins at play. Encouraging teammates to GROW TALENT and explore new ideas visually and creatively helped open the door to fresh thinking and new perspectives, something that fuels the bold, imaginative work we do every day.
“It was fun bringing out my inner child to create something with coworkers.”
Robby Hudson, Sr Project Manager
At the same time, the challenge created space for people to express who they are and what motivates them, knowing that COMMUNICATION MATTERS. Seeing colleagues’ builds — each shaped by different experiences, passions, and goals — was a meaningful reflection of the way our team EMBRACES DIVERSITY that makes our teams stronger. Every creation represented a different voice, but together they formed a shared mosaic of where we’re headed.
“I loved how this challenge encouraged creativity and reflection. My build represents growth and balance, and that with the right foundation, there’s always room to flourish.”
Mia Gutierrez, Marketing Coordinator I
“Even though I knew what my objective was, I had to pivot through 3 different concepts until I brought my design to life. It was very symbolic of the work we do at this agency: clients give us an objective, and we have to create an output based on parameters. It challenges us to think creatively, strategically, and operationally all at once.”
Brittneylyn Fitzpatrick, Acct Director MedComm
And of course, this activity embodied what it means to support one another. From offering design ideas to celebrating masterpieces, teammates came together across locations to lift one another up, reinforcing a culture where collaboration and encouragement are part of the way we work.

From Bricks to Big Dreams
Whether someone built a representation of a personal milestone, a symbol of professional growth or simply something that sparked joy, each LEGO creation was a reminder of the goals and possibilities ahead in 2026. More importantly, the challenge emphasized that progress is something we build together by TAKING ACTION — one idea, one moment of encouragement and yes, sometimes one LEGO brick at a time.
“Taking time to build my LEGO at work during our competition was a fun and refreshing way to unwind! It felt good to be creative, step away from my desk, and reset after a technical day.”
Helen Do, Sr Social Media Analyst
