As summer comes to a close, we’re recapping a few of the employee virtual events hosted through our Virtual Vibes program. Virtual Vibes is a program for ‘INTOUCHers’ developed by ‘INTOUCHers’ with the goal of bringing employees together, both in-person and virtually, to build relationships, culture, and community beyond the day-to-day.
In our “Escape to Italy” Virtual Vibes series, Agency Culture Influencer, Michael Tatasciore, planned a variety of Italian summer-inspired events for employees to attend, such as an Orange Wine Tasting, Pizza Making Class, Gnocchi Workshop, and a Cocktail Course.

“I love all the Virtual Vibes events Michael puts together,” said Hillary Ruth Anderson, Sr. Project Manager. “Escape to Italy was super inventive and fun! The Orange Wine tasting was a one-of-a-kind exploration, a fun way to try something new, and was delicious, too! Working remotely can get lonely, but these events are a bright spot on my calendar that give me something fun to look forward to.”
“The gnocchi workshop was incredible,” said Hannah VanSandt, VP, Group Account Director. “Chef Gregory was entertaining, very knowledgeable, and open to numerous questions from all of us gnocchi newbies! He broke it down to make it easy for all skill levels to make our own tasty pasta dish. I’m so glad I signed up to learn this skill! Being part of a busy launch team this year, it was so nice to take an hour away from my desk to learn something new. It truly was an ‘Escape to Italy’ with our British chef.”
“I love attending virtual events because it allows me to meet people from EVERSANA INTOUCH that I would not normally interact with on a daily basis while working from home,” said Emily Garcia, Account Manager. “I chose the ‘Escape to Italy’ cocktail course to learn new cocktail recipes. It was fun to chat with everyone about our thoughts on each cocktail and discuss what our favorites were throughout the class. The class host gave us tips and modifications to make the experience unique and truly our own!”
With employees now working in almost every state in the U.S., we value providing opportunities for our remote employees who are not near one of our offices to connect with one another virtually and, ultimately, build a sense of belonging.
