Whether it’s helping a newly formed team WIN TOGETHER and build rapport, reigniting collaboration before a busy season, or celebrating a major milestone, Team Time provides meaningful opportunities for teammates to connect beyond day-to-day work. From interactive workshops focused on team dynamics and working styles to game-show competitions, creative experiences, and wellness activities, every session is thoughtfully designed to meet teams where they are.

After celebrating multiple big wins, outstanding project results, and building incredible client trust along the way, one of our teams participated in our Chocolate Truffle Workshop. Each team member received a kit in the mail with all the ingredients and supplies needed to roll their own chocolate truffles and a chocolatier from tinyB chocolate walked them through how to roll their own Brazilian chocolate truffles.
Before a busy Q4, this team was in search of an activity that would help them recharge and reconnect. With “Coworker Clash”, team members were transported to a virtual game show where an entertaining, external game host led them through a series of survey questions designed to spark friendly competition by guessing the most popular responses.
This team with members located nationwide wanted an opportunity to share some laughs and bond over a fun, hands-on activity, so they partook in our Mug Painting Workshop. Each team member received a kit in the mail with a mug and painting supplies. An art instructor guided the team through a live and interactive class, where they learned basic pottery painting techniques.
By creating space for shared experiences, teams build stronger relationships, deepen trust, gain a better understanding of one another’s strengths, and strengthen the collaboration that drives successful outcomes for our clients and partners.
