Intouch’s David Windhausen on the Future of Voice Tech in Pharma

“Great technology is invisible. There’s always a push toward it becoming less and less obvious to the user. The less a user notices, the better it’s working. Voice-assisted technology is one place we see this push today,” says Intouch EVP David Windhausen.

As the popularity of voice tech continues to rise — “Siri, where’s the closest urgent care center?” — challenges remain in the pharma space, but that shouldn’t be a deterrent to more exploration of its potential.
