2019: Intouch’s Year of Winning

The year’s almost over, and as we take one last look at all we’ve accomplished, we think it’s fair to give ourselves a hearty pat on the back, because 2019 was truly a year of winning. Overall, Intouch raked in more than 60 awards recognizing our projects and the Intouchers who helped bring them to life. From creative to relationship marketing and PR, to leadership in our industry, we’re proud of the accolades. But there are three awards in particular that we puff up our chests about.

MM&M Best Place to Work
From our student loan repayment assistance program to our adoption assistance, tuition and fitness reimbursement options, employee-referral bonus, and 401K matching plan, Intouch always has its employees in mind. While it may not be a big surprise, we’re still thrilled to be named one of Medical Marketing & Media’s (MM&M) 2019 Best Places to WorkThe accolade is based on employee input and a panel of MM&M judges and recognizes healthcare marketing organizations that “stand out from the crowd” in employee satisfaction. This is the fifth time Intouch has been recognized as a best place to work at both the local and national level!

PM360 Innovative Company
Innovation is a part of Intouch’s DNA. Solving pharma business challenges with new technologies and fresh ways of thinking is deeply integrated into fabric of who we are. This philosophy is reflected in our core services and mission statement: There’s no challenge too big to cure. In 2019, we launched an in-house innovation platform called DIY (Driving Innovation Yourself) to solicit innovative solutions from all Intouchers; we’ve also continued to expand our AI, VR and AR capabilities. We’re thrilled PM360 named us an Innovative Company!

Diversity and Inclusion Champion
In 2019, Intouch was recognized as the first-ever Diversity and Inclusion Champion by Med Ad News for its work in bringing diverse voices and perspectives to the organization through panel discussions, multicultural celebrations and other educational activities. We know our diversity makes us stronger, so we celebrate and educate whenever we can.
