My post-college career was mostly here, and I wanted to see what else was out there. During the pandemic, I took the opportunity to look at companies hiring remote associates to see what new options there might be for me. I stayed in pharma marketing, but moved to a role that was more focused on medcomms and conference presences.
I’m glad I took the time to venture out and explore! But the grass isn’t always greener on the other side. Someone with whom I used to work here (who’s also a friend outside of work) reached out, curious to see if I’d be open to ever coming back… and here we are!
A handful of reasons drew me back, but my “big three” were the people, the culture, and the way that EVERSANA INTOUCH is so well-rounded when it comes to process and organization. (You don’t realize how great our process framework is until it’s not there!)
In my five collective years here, I’ve met so many people that I now consider friends, both in and outside of work. It’s so important to like who you work with. There are days that I see and talk to them more than my own friends and family!
I’m very happy with my decision to be an EVERSANA INTOUCH Boomerang!
