Business Conduct & Ethics

Conducting business in a responsible, ethical manner and complying with all applicable laws and regulations is how we operate. We uphold the professional integrity of EVERSANA INTOUCH through annual risk assessments and employee training to prevent unethical behavior and ensure compliance with laws, including anti-corruption, anti-bribery, anti-competitive behavior, and anti-crime. We do the right thing, the right way, every day!

Our Code of Conduct outlines the broad principles of legal and ethical business conduct embraced by EVERSANA INTOUCH. We expect that all employees will act in a manner that complies with our Code. Employees who fail to maintain our Code of Conduct toward their work, their co-workers or our clients, or who violate any of the company’s policies, are subject to appropriate disciplinary action.

We’re committed to ensuring that 100% of our employees understand and comply with our workplace ethics policy.

Our open-door policy supports and encourages employees to report fraudulent, unlawful, unethical, and other types of improper behavior, as well as violations to our policies. We provide multiple mechanisms for reporting concerns, including anonymous reporting. We have engaged an outside firm, Lighthouse Services, to provide an anonymous ethics and compliance hotline that employees can use to report ethical concerns and violations. This hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the following channels: toll-free telephone numbers with English and Spanish language capabilities for both the USA and Canada; website for online reporting; email; and fax.

We treat every concern raised confidentially and will promptly and thoroughly review and investigate where appropriate. Employees can raise concerns and make a report without fear of reprisal.

Respecting Company and Clients’ Confidential Information

Our clients, patients, business associates, and stakeholders must be able to trust that our business is conducted with the highest level of ethics and integrity. Therefore, we respect the trade secrets and confidential information of other companies and individuals. We collect information from the public domain and do not permit the inappropriate collection of others’ proprietary information. Without their confidence, our efforts to be a trusted partner will be compromised.

Ethical Marketing & Advertising Integrity

We act in the best interests of our clients and employ fair business practices, including accurate and truthful advertising. EVERSANA INTOUCH is a proud member of the American Association of Advertising Agencies (the 4A’s) — a marketing and advertising industry association that helps develop and support industry-wide initiatives and operational standards that promote the highest level of responsible behavior possible with regard to business practices and processes. As a member agency, we commit to abide by the 4A’s Member Code of Conduct. The 4A’s Code of Conduct stems from the belief that sound, ethical, and transparent business practices act as an assurance to clients, and the brands they represent, and that 4A’s member agencies can be trusted and valued partners.

Human Rights

Our cultural beliefs and values dictate that we conduct our business in a manner that respects the rights and dignity of all people. We uphold the protection and advancement of human rights globally and support the elimination of forced and compulsory labor, including child labor and human trafficking across the supply chain. We strive to prevent, mitigate, and remedy adverse human rights issues throughout our workplace, business operations, and in the communities where we work.

About our Corporate Governance
Holding ourselves accountable is part of our cultural beliefs. We commit to employing fair business practices, including accurate and truthful advertising, and to maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and social and environmental responsibility. We expect our employees and suppliers to be accountable for their actions.
